121-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2004. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it constitutes one building of the 2-property Campiello Collection - the other building is at 151 West 17th, on the next block over. This building is L-shaped, with a narrow 5-bay frontage on 18th Street. It is clad in grey brick above a ground floor framed in white stone, with a canopied metal-and-glass entrance and storefront.

Each of the five bays of windows has a narrower pane to the right, and short panes at the bottom; in the end bays the bottom-left pane is replaced by a vent metal. Above the 6th floor, the two western bays are set back at an angle, with a triangular-shaped balcony extending back out to the building line. Both the balcony and the 7th-floor terrace below have metal railings. Above, the top four floors are evenly set back, with angled, projecting triangular balconies whose points extend out to the building line. The ground floor is occupied by Rearview Modern home furnishings.
