10-story modernist residential building completed in 2016. Designed by Rob Rogers, it is clad in grey brick. The two end bays and two wider center bays all have multi-paned windows. Above the 6th floor, the three eastern bays set back, creating a large terrace with a glass railing. The top floors evolve into an abstract jumble of cubed forms, with various setbacks and projections, with multiple glass-lined terraces and cantilevered areas.

The Dorian replaces a 6-story former warehouse building. As demolition work was just beginning on that building, a fire broke out on October 20, 2015, damaging the upper floors.
