145-foot, 12-story postmodern residential building completed in 2001. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, it is clad in red brick above a rusticated limestone ground floor on a black granite water table. The ground floor bays (five on each facade) have large plate-glass storefront windows, except for the western two on 17th Street, which have a silver metal service door surrounded by translucent green panels, and the main entrance in the next bay, which extends up into the 2nd floor and has a suspended glass and metal canopy over the ground floor. The piers are all decorated with modern light fixtures.

The upper floors have a mix of single, double, and triple-casement windows with silver frames. The 2nd and 9th floors have horizontal brick coursing. On the eastern facade facing the avenue, the center bay (with a pair of single-windows) is slightly recessed. The most notable feature is the northern bay on this facade, which is clad all in silver metal and glass, and rounded above the ground floor.

The south and east elevations have a setback above the 9th floor, creating a terrace. The north facade continues up vertically to the roof line, and has projecting concrete balconies with metal railings at the eastern bay, from the 5th-9th floors. The western bay has shorter balconies from the 5th-9th floor, and wider one at the top three floors. The 12th floor also has coursed brick.

The building contains 37 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by a Wells Fargo Bank branch.
