627-foot, 37-story tower completed in 1989. Home of NBC's executive offices in Chicago, the first floor also houses the infamous studio of the Jerry Springer show. Freaks and desperate types can be seen when at the Columbus Drive entrance when tapings are taking place. Eighth floor of the building houses Indian consulate. The west side of the tower features a striking spire.
