5-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1892. Designed by John E. Terhune, it has a white cast-iron facade, three bays wide. The ground floor has fluted and banded outer piers, with entrances at the ends, and smaller piers in the middle that have decorative squares. The 2nd floor has shield at the tops of the four piers, with large multi-pane windows. The 3rd & 4th floors are grouped together, with stylized capitals at the tops of the piers, slender spiral columns dividing each bay into two windows, and a herringbone pattern in the spandrels. A projecting bracketed cornice sets off the top floor, which has two round-arched windows in each bay, again separated by slender spiral columns. The facade is crowned by an elaborate roof cornice with an ornate frieze, paired brackets, and modillions. The exposed upper portion of the south wall is clad in plain brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Dave's apparel store.
