The Grid

6-story modernist residential/office building completed in 2020. Designed by GLUCK+, the building is clad in hand-made Sterling Grey bricks above a 2-story base of mahogany. The lower floors hous Grid Group offices, with a street-facing retail space and four full-floor residential condominiums above. The entrance on the left has a slightly-recessed mahogany-framed glass door, and to the right is a plate-glass window, and then a set of glass double-doors. There are three large windows at the 2nd floor, wider at the western two bays. The upper floors each have four single-windows recessed in red metal surrounds. At the roof line is a red metal cornice. The ground floor is occupied by The Maker Hotel Shop home goods store.
