10-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by Rawlings Architects, its style is a nod to New York's mid-century brick and glass buildings. The facade has bands of white brick alternating with aluminum-framed window bands, shorter on the left and taller on the right. Just left of center, a tall glass and grey metal curtain wall tower rises up to above the main roof line, and slightly above the three set-back floors on top, which have glassed-in balconies. On the lower floors, the west corner has small metal balconies with glass railings in front of sliding glass doors. The west elevation is mostly white brick, with the windows bands from the front and rear facades wrapping partly around. The building contains 30 condominium units, and the ground floor is occupied by City MD medical clinic.
