2-story mercantile building completed sometime in the mid-1800s. The ground floor is grey-painted cast-iron, with a broad lintel lined with rosettes, and a storefront of glass and cobbled stone. The top floor is black cast-iron, with four bays of large windows and a roof cornice with cast garlands in the frieze. The building is occupied by The Hummus & Pita Co.
