8-story modernist residential building completed in 2016. Designed by Bialosky + Partners, it spans 50 feet wide. It contains 12 apartments and the first three floors house the Soho campus of the Montessori School’s early childhood learning program. The building’s facade is clad in tan masonry panels with a rhythm of single and paired windows moving across the facade. Throughout most of the exterior, windows are framed in two story groupings, minimizing the scale of the building. The south half sets back above the 6th floor.
