152-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by Walker & Hazzard as a store-and-lofts building, it is clad in buff-colored brick and terra-cotta above a 2-story rusticated limestone base. The facade is five bays wide, with twin entrances at the ends of the ground floor, set under triangular pediments. At the 2nd floor the three center bays have double-windows separated by black metal mullions, while the outer bays are single-windows. The base is capped by a dentiled cornice.

The upper floors have recessed single-windows in the end bays. The center bays have piers ornamented with diamond shapes in white terra-cotta, and also have terra-cotta spandrel panels with circles in the centers. The top two floors are set off by a stone cornice. At the 12th floor the center bays end in segmental-arches, with another stone cornice across the top.

There is another building named the Dezer Building one block east on West 19th Street. The ground floor is occupied by Echelon Cycles.
