2-story mercantile building completed sometime in the mid-1800s as store-and-loft building of possibly four floors. In 1928 it was reduced to two floors, with a new brick facade that is now painted bright yellow. It is occupied by Caffe Morini & Enoteca, owned by Brian White, who also runs the Osteria Morini restaurant next door.
