Hampton Plantation Mansion

Built between 1730 and 1750, it was originally a 6-room farm house. It was later enlarged at both ends adding substantially to the size. A final modification was the large porch. The inside is unfurnished and the tours are informative because you can actually see the construction techniques that were used.
