Historic farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

Built: 1935
Area: 40 acres
Date added to NRHP: 10/3/1978
Notes: This farm was built as part of a New Deal program that established farms in Alaska for needy families from overcrowded rural areas in the lower 48 states. The Rebarchek farm is not included in the NRHP's "Settlement and Economic Development of Alaska's Matanuska-Susitna Valley Multiple Property Submission" because its listing on the NRHP predated the creation of that multiple property submission. However, it is the same type of, and is equally significant as, that group of properties. The farm has been owned by the Alaska State Fair (whose fairgrounds are adjacent to the property) since 2002.
