6-story residential building originally completed as two separate 5-story store-and-loft building in the late 1860s. They were joined into one residential building around 1980, with a unified facade of red brick, and a new penthouse level on top. The western half has a modern storefront on the ground level, while the eastern half more closely resembles its original appearance, with cast-iron columns. The windows of the upper floors have flat stone sills and lintels, and air conditioning vents have been cut below some of them. A black modillioned roof cornice caps the 5th floor, with the penthouse rising above clad in grey panels. Next to the penthouse section is a rooftop deck. The ground floor is occupied by Adeline Adeline bicycle shop.
