7-story residential building originally completed in 1896 as a 4-story loft building. In 1992, it was converted to offices, with a new facade of white brick and stone and set-back 5th & 6th floors. It later served as a production studio before being remodeled again in 2013 by Ishac Design Architects and turned into condominiums. A triplex penthouse was created by enlarging the existing top two floors to the lot line, and adding a new top floor. The building now houses four condominiums units. The new facade is clad in variegated red brick with two bays of large, square, multi-pane windows. The front facade is framed on either side by a riveted steel column. The exposed southern elevation is clad in dark-grey metal panels with a random assortment of 6-paned rectangular windows.
