6-story residential building completed in the late 1800s as a 5-story store-and-lofts building. It was converted to condominiums in the late 1900s, when a setback rooftop penthouse was added above the black metal roof cornice. The rest of the facade is clad in red brick above a black cast-iron ground floor. The upper-floor windows are segmental-arched, with a wide double window in the center of each floor, and a smaller single window on either side. The windows all have stone sills and keystones in the arches, with vertical panels of recessed brick between the windows.
