5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed around the 1870s. The upper floors are clad in pale-green painted brick, with black window enframements featuring sills with corbelled feet and foliate pediments atop the lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is capped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Giorgione restaurant.
