This Olive Garden restaurant opened shortly after the demolition of the Greenway Inn & Suites in 2014, a hotel that was built in 1965 as the Houstonaire Motor Inn, and also flew under the flags of Ramada Inn and Colonel Sanders' Inn (a failed Kentucky Fried Chicken diversification).
