4-story Italianate residential building originally completed in the late 1850s as two separate structures, now joined at the ground floor. The western building is clad in red brick with square-headed windows and stone sills and lintels. Its roof line is capped by a white bracketed and modillioned cornice. The eastern building is also clad in red brick, but has segmental-arched windows with metal cornices, and sills with corbelled feet. It has a black metal roof cornice with brackets. The ground floor is occupied by PAO! restaurant, and Kana Tapas Bar.
