High Line Nine Gallery

1-story art museum completed in 2018. Designed by Studio MDA, the building consists of a contiuous corridor space running below the High Line Park, with nine gallery spaces, arranged to either side, along with a cafe. The 28th Street facade is clad in warm tan brushed concrete, with a recessed central entrance. The edges of the recessed area are curved, and the entry has glass double-doors and sidelights. To the east is a large, 2-pane plate-glass display-window, and to the west is a narrower 1-pane window.

The south facade on 27th Street is a mirror-image of the north facade.
