135-foot, 10-story modernist residential building originally completed in 1906 as an 8-story building, but gutted and completely rebuilt to a new design in 2008. Designed by William Quinton Brothers III, it has a distinctive cantilevered facade of glass, aluminum and cast-in-place concrete. Each floor has one condominium, with slender balconies on the south facade. Beginning at the 6th floor, a portion of the building extends out over the neighboring building to the west, and the front facade is set back above the 7th floor. The ground floor is occupied by Vidov West 14 hair salon.
