145-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2026. Designed by BKSK Architects, its distinctive architecture features a curved façade with multi-tiered setbacks, incorporating red brick construction, oversized windows, and private terraces integrated into its design. The multifaceted massing features a series of recessed and protruding volumes with numerous rounded corners, and multiple stepped setbacks.

The front entrance sits below a sidewalk canopy and a tall arched window around the southern corner of the property, while the rest of the first level is enclosed in floor-to-ceiling glass for retail storefronts. On the north facade on 14th Street there are three projecting sections, each with rounded ends, each extending a bit higher up from west to east. The western one sets back above the 9th floor, the middle one's setbacks are split into three - one each above the 9th, 10th & 11th floors, and the eastern one above the 12th. There is a single-window bay between each of the three sections. The terraces at the top floors have glass railings. The building contains 68 condominium units.
