6-story residential building completed in 1909. Designed by Somerfield & Steckler, it is clad in yellow brick with stone trim. It |has a rusticated stone base with central entranceway protected by a bracketed cornice stone. To provide interest, the design features a vertical tier of pedimented windows at each end of the building. The top floor is of rusticated brickwork, crowned by a classical cornice. The ground floor on the Commerce Street side is occupied by Mick Margo boutique.
