5-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by Rentz & Lange, it fronts on West 10th and Hudson Streets, where a row of storefronts lines the ground floor. The building is composed of several sections that are joined by a uniform brown brick facade displaying horizontal stone band courses and crowned by an elaborate sheet metal cornice with arched pediments and a corner turret. The second floor windows have segmental arches; those at the third floor have arched pediments with Queen Anne sunbursts at certain windows, and the fourth floor windows are arched and have keystones. The ground floor is occupied by Ready To Eat cafe, Elixir Juice, KidsRX pharmacy, and Cowgirl NYC restaurant.
