201-foot, 20-story postmodern residential building completed in 1986. Designed by Rothzeid Kaiserman Thomson & Bee, the building has a 1-story base topped by patio space surrounding the set-back tower section. The base of clad in beige brick with blue tiles above the retail storefronts. A parking garage entrance is located at the far south end of the Washington Street facade.

The slender tower portion is clad in red brick on the western and eastern facades, and beige brick on the other faces, with rounded balconies on each corner. There are three 2-story setbacks near the top of the building's north side, which is capped by an attractive rooftop water tank enclosure. The ground floor is occupied by Memphis Cleaners, Collette's Cakes, Charles Gourmet Produce, Inc., and Casa La Femme restaurant.
