120-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2024. Designed by Isay Weinfeld, the facade has a mix of flecked light-grey stone slabs, plate-glass and tan metal panels, with red brick masonry on the uppermost levels, and recessed glass railings that frame the building’s roof deck and fitness center terrace.

The lower eight floors have massive picture windows of varying widths, interspersed with narrower, recessed metal panels and stone piers. The top floors are set back and cantilever over to the west above the neighboring building, clad in earth-toned brick but continuing the random pattern of windows and metal panels in an irregular grid.

The building contains 25 condominium units.
