4-story Neo-Gothic residential building completed in 1893. These three connected townhouses were built as professors' housing for the General Theological Seminary, and replaced the seminary's first building on the grounds, the East Building. The structure has a stone ground floor with three entrances set under wide arches. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with a thin stone band course between each floor. Above the 3rd floor, the end bays rise up to sharply-angled triangular points, while a pair of triangular pedimented dormers break the pitched roof in the center. At either side facade, a 3-story octagonal tower extends, topped with a crenelated parapet in the case of the eastern one. Several brick chimney rise from the slate roof.

In 2013, the seminary sold this and several other of its properties for redevelopment. These three townhouses were remodeled into single-family mansions of about 6,000 square feet each.
