4-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857 as a townhouse for F.X. Mony. It is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone basement with round-arched windows. The high stoop leads to a round-arched doorway set beneath a rounded brownstone pediment. The windows have corbelled stone sills and shallow arched lintels.The building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. It was converted to condominiums in the late 1900's.
