120-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Tamarkin Architecture and H. Thomas O'Hara, it has a distinct top and bottom half. The 7-story lower part is a study in squares, with its brown brick facade divided into a grid of very large, double-height casement windows, with one of two panes in each casement being filled by a blue metal panel instead of glass. The upper portion is set back behind a railing, and has curvilinear balconies billowing forth from the facade, clad in the same brown brick as below.
