120-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by Della Valle Bernheimer, it has 10 condominium units. The building has a distinctive black and white, angular surface. Black aluminum panels clad the first six floors, and then slice away at an angle over part of the 7th & 8th floors. The rest of the facade is clad in white panels, with the top floors set back at the left and slanting to the right on the right side. The white panels also extend down into the center portions of the lower floors. The rooftop elevator penthouse and chimneys are also clad in black panels.The large windows are all located on the southern facade.
