6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in the 1890s. It is clad in red brick, painted dark grey-green at the ground floor, which is lined with storefronts. The facde is divided into bays of two windows each, with some of the bays slightly recessed. The windows have stone sills and lintels, and a thin stone band course runs horizontally across the middle of each floor. The building is crowned by a simple metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Calypso boutique, Catherine Malandrino fashion/Lacoste+Malandrino, and Rebecca & Drew manufacturing on the north side, along 13th Street.
