6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in the 1890s. It is clad in red brick, painted dark grey-green at the ground floor, which is lined with storefronts. A long 1-story red-brick retail wing extends to the east, ending in a point at the east end of the block. The facade of the main building is divided into bays of two windows each, with some of the bays slightly recessed. The windows have stone sills and lintels, and a thin stone band course runs horizontally across the middle of each floor. The building is crowned by a simple metal roof cornice.

The building was converted to a co-op in 1977, with 17 apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Zimmerman clothing store on the north side, along 13th Street, LIlysilk clothing store and Maison Sisly facial spa on Hudson Street, and LIFTONIC fitness on the south side. The 1-story wing is occupied by Eberjey boutique, K&S Salon, and Marni boutique.
