4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1841 as three separate 3-story rowhouses. The were converted to apartments by 1890. They were all bought and joined in 1922, and altered by architect Charles H. Briggs, with the addition of storefronts and a fourth story capped by a parapet. The facade is clad in red brick above the black cast-iron storefronts. There are two fire escapes on the front wall, with the northern one having more ornate basket-style landings. The ground floor is occupied by Temple St. Clair jewelry, Parfums de Marly, and Anine Bing women's apparel.
