10-story residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Cary Tamarkin and H. Thomas O'Hara, the building has only five condominium units, ranging in size from 3,000 to 6,500 square feet. It has a hand-laid, tan Roman brick façade accented by expanses of industrial steel windows. Punctuating the monumental volume are generous south-facing outdoor loggias on either side, above the 2nd floor, which offer river views. The ground floor walls and windows curve in toward the recessed central entrance.
