7-story modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Flank Architecture, it has a striking multi-planed, copper-clad facade. The design is articulated like an organic assemblage of vertical bays rising to different heights and with different profiles. Narrow vertical bands of green glass stripe the facade, intended to match to eventual patina developed by the copper panels as they change from brown to green.

At the ground floor, the main central entrance has large glass doors topped by an angled canopy and flanked by wooden front doors to the four "townhouse" apartments tucked away within the structure. There are 12 condominium units in total. On top of all the heavy metal is the Aerie, a shared rooftop with a 50' lap pool.
