The building has large, slightly-inset windows with discrete air conditioner insets. The Left Bank has 25 condominiums units. A penthouse floor is setback above the simple parapet roofline. There is another "Left Bank" in the West Village that is located at 99 Bank Street, but it is a red-brick building that is a cooperative.
