5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1889. Designed by Frederick Weber as a French flats style apartment building. It is constructed of red brick (painted white at the ground floor) with incised stone lintels, sills, banding and door surround. The terminating ornament above the metal roof cornice has been partially altered. There are three bays at the first floor with a central entrance in a recessed doorway and four bays at the upper floors. The fire escape and entrance door are historic.
