5-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by John M. Forster as a factory. It was used as a pork packing plant with a rear smokehouse addition. Edesheimer Bros., manufacturers of cider, vinegar, and pickles, was located in this building c. 1885-93. It was converted to lofts in 1904, with a wide variety of commercial tenants over the years. The building was converted to apartments in 1985, with new large, rectangular windows installed on each upper story by architect Neil Robert Berzak.

The existing red brick facade is mostly the result of the 1985 alteration, with the only surviving historic features being the late-19th-century brick corbelling/ cornice and ground-floor cast iron piers. The visible north wall is covered with stucco and has windows with shutter hardware.
