4-story residential building originally completed in 1844 as two separate 3-story rowhouses, part of a row that included the neighboring building to the west. In the early 1900s, these two houses were joined and converted to a warehouse, with tie rods used to strengthen the structure. It was raised to four floors, and given a new facade of orange brick. In the 1970s, the warehouse was converted back to residential use, with recessed windows and concrete balconies with iron railings on the top three floors.
