3-story residential building originally completed in 1873 as a 2-story horse-shoeing shop with two apartments above. It was altered in 1911 and again in the late 1960s with a new red brick facade. In 2003, it was raised to three floors and refaced again in red brick with large studio windows. The roof is capped by a simple parapet, and a large metal canopy over the ground floor is suspended by cables from the 2nd floor.
