3-story residential building completed in 1849. Later the ground floor was converted to a store and the building extended by a one-story structure to the full depth of the lot at the rear. It is clad in orange brick. Small cornices appear above the window lintels, and it is crowned by a plain sheetmetal roof cornice. In the mid-1900s, the building was home to Moore's Wholesale Meats before being vacant for many years. It was renovated in 2003 and converted to condominiums.
