5-story residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Charles Rentz, it incorporates various classical motifs. The ground floor, with its storefront, is clad in stone and white brick, and has an angled store entry at the corner. A single column supports the corner of the upper floors, which are clad in orange brick. There are cornices at the tops of the 2nd & 4th floors, and round-arched Romanesque windows on the top floor. These windows have heavily decorated keystones and are surmounted by a cornice with a dentiled fascia. The windows of the 4th floor are segmental-arched, and those on the 3rd floor have large stone cornices. The ground floor is occupied by Automatic Slims bar.
