6-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1902. Designed by George F. Pelham, it is clad in dark red brick above a rusticated stone 1st floor. Terra-cotta panels appear in the window spandrels, and the 4th floor windows are round-arched. The tall roof parapet is a later addition.
