5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1890. Designed by Martin V.B. Ferdon, it is clad in tan brick above a stone ground floor. The prominent roof cornice, stepped up in the center, features a sunburst design. Masks decorate the keystones above the 1st, 3rd and 4th story windows. A fire escape, which runs down the center of the facade, rests on the roof of the entrance porch, which is framed by pilasters with intricate carvings.
