3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1846 as a townhouse for John Keane. It is clad in orange brick above a stone basement. It is the earliest building on the block, and the last remaining example here of the row house of this period. The dignified Greek Revival doorway, surmounted by a glazed transom, is flanked by a pair of sturdy pilasters and sidelights, later filled in with panels. The windows have heavy sheet metal cornices, and the building is crowned by a heavy sheet metal roof cornice above a dentiled fascia board.
