6-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1905. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is clad in dark reddish-brown brick. Above each window the architects have included classical French Beaux Arts motifs in the form of splayed lintels with keystones, triangular pediments, and eared rounded lintels with cartouches. The building is crowned by a very restrained cornice. The neighboring building to the west was built at the same time and designed as a twin to this building, but with retail storefronts on the ground floor.
