5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1891. Completed as an apartment house, it was converted to a hotel five years later. Today, it once again contains apartments above a commercial ground floor. The building is clad in red brick, and crowned by a heavy cornice carried on widely spaced brackets. The second and third floor windows are set back between brick pilasters returning to the wall plane at the top of the third floor windows by means of the brick corbeled portions in between. The ground floor is occupied by Citi Habitats Apartment Rentals & Sales.
