167-foot, 19-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1963. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien, Clarence Lilien & Sons, it takes up the entire east end of the block. There are a few setbacks above the 15th floor. The building is clad in dark red brick, with windows grouped into triples across the center of the Hudson Street facade, framed by a row of single windows running up either side of the main fenestration. The north and south facades have window triple and double casements. The main entrance in on Jane Street, with a parking garage entry on Hudson Street. The ground floor along Hudson Street is decorated by a dark grey metal lattice. The 260 apartment units were converted to a co-op in 1987.
