4-story residential building originally completed in 1829 as a 3-story townhouse. It was raised to four floors in 1873 and crowned by a uniformly bracketed cornice. It is clad in dark reddish-brown brick. The upper ifloors remain but little changed, while the frame of the doorway on the first floor has been smooth-stuccoed beneath a unifying horizontal band course which extends the width of the building.
