4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1849 as a 3-story townhouse. It has been greatly modified, including the replacement of the stoop with a basement entry. The facade is clad in dark red-painted brick, and capped by a modillioned roof cornice. The building was converted to apartments in the early 1900s.
