apartment building, 1890_construction
6-story residential building completed in 1890. Designed by Charles Rentz, it is clad in red brick above a cast-iron storefront. The windows are grouped together by means of a projecting band course. The adjoining building to the south was built at the same time, and aligns with this one at the cornice level. These two structures, of similar appearance, unify the block. They were both renovated in 1987. The ground floor is occupied by Maison Martin Margiela men's boutique.
